Last Updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service and Transport Contract govern the purchase and use of maritime ferry tickets for the Ibiza-Formentera route, sold by ANTAHKARANA IBIZA S.L. and operated by the official sea transit carrier Trasmapi.
1. Identity of the Parties
The seller and distributor of the tickets is ANTAHKARANA IBIZA S.L., with NIF B44935211 and registered address at Avenida Santa Eulalia, 15, 07800, Eivissa (Illes Balears), Spain.
The effective carrier responsible for executing the maritime journey is Servicios y Concesiones MarĂtimas Ibi-Formentera S.A. (Trasmapi), under the general conditions governing maritime passenger transport contracts.
2. Open Ticket Conditions
- All tickets purchased through this platform are "Open Tickets" (flexible schedule). They are valid to travel on any Trasmapi ferry departure on the selected date.
- Open tickets do not guarantee a seat on a specific hourly schedule; boarding is processed on a first-come, first-served basis at the port until the vessel's maximum capacity is met.
- Round-trip tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable.
3. Boarding Rules
- Boarding Cut-off: Passengers must arrive at the boarding gate at the port terminal at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Identification: It is mandatory for all passengers (including children and infants) to carry a valid official ID (DNI, NIE, or Passport) to be presented to port security or boarding staff.
4. Luggage, Bicycles, and Pets
- Luggage: The ticket price includes free transport of personal hand luggage. Commercial cargo or merchandise is not allowed as hand luggage.
- Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board free of charge and must be placed in the designated storage areas of the catamaran.
- Pets: Pet transport is permitted in compliance with current sanitary regulations. Dogs must be kept on a leash and muzzled, or transported in adequate carriers.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Pursuant to Trasmapi's transit contract terms, promotional or open rate tickets are non-refundable in the event of passenger withdrawal. In case of schedule cancelations due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions decreed by the Maritime Authority, the carrier will provide alternative travel options on the next available vessel or reschedule the ticket validity.
